From a Very Young Age
Buck Olsen has been passionate about making beautiful, yet sustainable landscapes a reality for all. From Urban, to Rural Communities and everywhere in between, he has been able to pioneer some amazing projects from Green Energy to Zero-Waste Agriculture Facilities. Buck has been gaining experience in Tree Care, Landscaping, Hardscaping, and Alternative Energy Solutions for Nearly 30 years.
Starting in 2011 he has been taking his cumulative knowledge in all these arenas to become an all-inclusive Green Home Designer for custom home builds. With his understanding of local climates and the surrounding landscapes, he is able to create beautiful homes that consume VERY little as far as natural resources.
Using Green Energy Solutions like Solar-powered homes with battery backup, including solar water heating and pool heating, it is possible to enjoy a home that can sustain itself off the power grid. Furthermore, using advanced water collection and control systems like cisterns and underground storage, it is possible to maintain a household with a minimal or drought-free landscape without using very much of the municipal water supply.
